This is the 1982 Concord Concerto CC - 2004 Christmas album by Charlie Byrd. The cover still has its original shrink - wrap and there's a small deletion hole.

When handling the album, hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the record. After each use, return it to its cover to protect it from dust. Keep the album in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. If the cover's shrink - wrap starts to peel, you can use a little bit of tape on the edges to keep it in place, but be gentle not to damage the cover.
