This is a 1988 Vertigo picture disc vinyl of Def Leppard's High 'N' Dry. It has the disc number 28PD - 524. There's no obi strip. The front cover insert has a minor lug mark. It also comes with a Japanese insert, adding a unique touch to this music collectible.
