This is a 1969 record of Creedence Clearwater Revival - Lodi. It comes with the original LIBERTY label (LYK - 3021) and is housed in the original company sleeve. There's some small writing on the label.
This record is a great collectible. To use it, simply place it on a record player and start the playback. When handling the record, make sure your hands are clean to avoid getting fingerprints on it. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. When not in use, keep it in its original sleeve to protect it from dust and scratches.
