This is an EP from the Beatles titled 'Requests'. It comes with a flipback cover in black and yellow. The PARLOPHONE label is GEPO - 70013. There's a label variation where the song - writing credits are on one line. The publishing stamps are Side 1 Leeds / Boosey and Side 2 Castle / Tu - con.
